The short version

AtomBook is designed as a local-first billing application. The exact data handled by the app can vary by release, so review the source code and release notes for the version you install. Keep regular backups of your business records.

What the app does

AtomBook helps create business documents and manage billing information. This website does not receive your local business records through the normal download flow. Do not include customer, tax or other sensitive business information in public GitHub issues or support requests.

What this website collects

This project does not currently include a third-party analytics integration. The hosting provider may process standard technical request logs for security and service operation. Check the hosting provider's privacy documentation for its retention and processing details.

Contact form and sponsorship data

If you use the Contact form, the name, email, and message you submit are sent directly to our team's email inbox via SMTP — they are not stored in a database on this site. If you make a donation through the Sponsor page, payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or payment information ourselves.

Third-party services

This site links out to GitHub (for the repository, issues, and releases) and uses Razorpay for payment processing. Each of those services has its own privacy policy governing data you share with them directly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
